Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

✓ The product is damaged during transit

✓ You received the wrong item

✓ An uncut product opening video is mandatory for all return/replacement requests. Claims without a video may not be accepted.

Return Request Timeline

✓ You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

✓ Customized or made-to-order products

✓ Products with minor variations (as they are handcrafted)

Refund Process

✓ Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

✓ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Replacement

✓ If possible, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund

Shipping Charges

✓ Return shipping costs will be covered by us only for damaged or incorrect items
